Happy Independence Day! Happy 4th of July!

Picture this: Philadelphia in July. The City of Brotherly Love sits at about the same latitude as Mediterranean vacation spots, and shares the same sizzling summer heat. It’s hot. And sticky. Now, imagine it's 1776—no air conditioning, no showers—and you’ve spent the entire day in the State House (soon to be known as Independence Hall), working on something monumental: declaring the independence of the United States. After hours of intense discussion and decision-making, you’d definitely need a drink! So, if the Founding Fathers raised a glass or two to celebrate their victory on July 4, 1776, it's only fitting that we do the same today. Cheers to independence! Happy 4th of July!
