Our 2.5 gallon moonshine still is great for the new moonshine hobbyist and is one of our most popular stills. It’s large enough to cut heads and tails and let you get the hang of distilling, but small enough to make quick batches. It’s also great for experimenting with different ingredients. You can expect our stills to yield about 20% of their capacity, which is about enough shine’ for one full bottle of liquor per run with this still. It comes with four parts:

Pot – The copper pot has a 2.5 gallon capacity with brass handles for easy carrying.
- Head with Swan Neck – The head attaches snugly to the pot and the swan neck connects securely to the condenser.
- Temperature Gauge –The gauge is rated in Fahrenheit and Celsius and easily screws into the head of the still.
- Condenser – It has a nozzle at the top, an outlet for catching moonshine at the bottom, and plenty of coil length inside the condenser to cool alcoholic vapors into moonshine. Please note that it does not have a nozzle at the bottom.
Our stills are sturdy, uncomplicated, and are great for beginners and experienced shiners alike. This pot still comes with everything pictured: copper pot, head and swan neck, condensing unit, and a gauge rated in Fahrenheit and Celsius. This still is constructed with soldered and riveted unions using brass, copper, or tin to achieve perfect impermeability. All soldering and welding is lead free. The pot, head, and condenser have a hammered copper finishing while the swan neck has a smooth copper finishing.
All of our stills are handcrafted by skilled coppersmiths using 100% high quality copper and are capable of distilling a wide variety of spirits. A quick-start guide is included that contains a basic moonshine recipe, links to other great resources for recipes, and detailed information on how to operate the still. All our moonshine stills come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, but can last an entire lifetime when treated well.

Great still
I purchased my still about a month ago. I was truly amazed at the craftsmanship. It is truly a piece of art. I have made three runs with it. This still is absolutely perfectly designed for its purpose. Without a hitch it makes wonderful moonshine. My friends are happy with the results of our brew. My brother in law who lives in N. Carolina just brought a 5 gallon still. After learning of my purchase of a 2.5 gallon still and how will it worked. This is a great hobby for myself and the hubs.

Worth every dime
Ordering was easy, and I was impressed with how quickly it arrived. It's a beautiful piece of artwork and craftsmanship. My test fill revealed a tiny leak in the soldering underneath the condenser. But, a quick dab of liquid metal was an easy fix. Overall, its obvious this company understands customer service. I can’t wait to put it to work. Thanks for an excellent job!
