Our best-selling 5 gallon moonshine still will really let you get the feel of what moonshining is all about! A typical run will net you about 1 gallon of moonshine. The 5 gallon capacity lets you zero in on each part of the run and make perfect cuts. If you’re passionate about moonshining or serious about getting into this as a hobby, then this still is perfect for you.
- Pot – The copper pot has a 5 gallon capacity with brass handles for easy carrying.
- Head with Swan Neck – The head attaches snugly to the pot and the swan neck connects securely to the condenser.
- Temperature Gauge –The gauge is rated in Fahrenheit and Celsius and easily screws into the head of the still.
- Condenser – It has a nozzle at the top, an outlet for catching moonshine at the bottom, and plenty of coil length inside the condenser to cool alcoholic vapors into moonshine. Please note that it does not have a nozzle at the bottom.
Our stills are sturdy, uncomplicated, and are great for beginners and experienced shiners alike. This pot still comes with everything pictured: copper pot, head and swan neck, condensing unit, and a gauge rated in Fahrenheit and Celsius. Our stills are constructed with soldered unions using brass, copper, or tin to achieve perfect impermeability. All soldering and welding is lead free. The pot, head, and condenser have a hammered copper finishing while the swan neck has a smooth copper finishing.
All of our stills are handcrafted by skilled coppersmiths using 100% high quality copper and are capable of distilling a wide variety of spirits. A quick-start guide is included that contains a basic moonshine recipe, links to other great resources for recipes, and detailed information on how to operate the still. All our moonshine stills come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, but can last an entire lifetime when treated well.

Nice job!
I'm really happy with this purchase. The mash is fermenting now. I can't wait to distill for the first time. Was purchased as a present for a very good friend. When it arrived I inspected it to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. It was in perfect shape and looks fantastic.

Looks great
I bought this for my dad. It is the best looking still available. I ordered the piece and it was shipped quickly. No parts were broken or missing. The still came with a education packet. My dad was very surprised and told me that it would be placed in his house as a piece of art.

Thing of Beauty
I purchased the five gallon still and just received it today! I give five stars to the still itself AND the moonshine stills company! If anyone out there is contemplating the purchase of this stil or another let me help you out. Buy one of these. You won't be disappointed.However, I give the shipping company less than one star! When I saw the package it was obvious it was not handled with care despite saying FRAGILE right on the box! Luckily the still is all intact and looks untouched!

Craftsmanship is outstanding. It's impossible to ever surprise my husband for his birthday, and I'm happy to say that this did! The pictures give the moonshine still absolutely no justice. Great still, looks and works fantastic
Certainly as much a work of art as a working still and they are indeed every bit as functional as they are beautiful. They look even better in person than in the web images. I got the 5 gallon still and it was perfect! no leaks,couple dents that popped rite out, But it didnt leak, This is true Quality!

Excellent craftsmanship
I cannot wait to use this thing and get some high quality liquor! Have yet to put to a full blown test but after close visual inspection, I can't find any defects so I am delighted thus far. It took me nearly a year to decide on whether to build or buy and which to buy. I'm glad that I took my time. I know now that I made the right choice. I could not have built something this good. All the others that I looked at didn't look that good but cost the same or more. I'm still super excited to give this thing a try!
